Dr. S K Nanda, born on February 1, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1978 Gujarat cadre. He holds postgraduate and graduate degrees in Political Science and an LL.B. in Law. Over his career, he served in numerous capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Managing Director, Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Special Commissioner. His most recent role was Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from September 3, 2012, to January 31, 2016. Dr. Nanda's extensive administrative experience spans various departments and leadership positions within the Gujarat state government.
