S K Mukherjee, born on 15 October 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, West Bengal cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Home Department, which he held from 1 August 1992 to 31 October 1996.
