S K Malhotra, born on 28 October 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including as Development Commissioner. Most recently, he was the Director of the Delhi Energy Development Agency (DEDA) from 31 December 2006 to 22 November 2007. Throughout his career, Malhotra contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre until his retirement.
