S.K. Jain, born on April 18, 1965, is a 2007 batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering and an M.Tech. in Design Engineering. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Government of NCT of Delhi in the Art, Culture and Language Department since October 22, 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Special Secretary, Project Director, Secretary, and Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
