S K Duggal, born on December 2, 1939, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1964 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English and a postgraduate degree in Social Planning. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Joint Secretary, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Adviser, General Manager, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Industries and Commerce department of Gujarat from December 1 to December 31, 1997. Mr. Duggal's extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Gujarat cadre.
