S K Bhattacharyya, born on 15 February 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, and Director. His most recent position was Director in the Fisheries Department from 24 January 2007 to 28 February 2010. Throughout his career, Bhattacharyya contributed to administrative functions within the West Bengal cadre before retiring from service.
