S K Agarwal, born on May 1, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. Throughout his career, Agarwal served in various capacities including Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Managing Director, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Project Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent designation was Secretary from October 1, 1998, to May 31, 1999. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations before retirement.
