S Habeebulah Mi, born on January 21, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Commerce, along with a postgraduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary, and Managing Director. His most recent role was Chairman in the Finance Department of Maharashtra. He has also held positions such as Additional Chief Secretary, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Under Secretary, CEO, and Assistant Collector, demonstrating extensive experience in administrative and financial governance.
