S Gopala Sundara Raj, born on 12 October 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2012 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agriculture University and an M.Sc. in Plant Breeding from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Central Delhi. He has served as Sub Collector and at the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. Currently, he is the Director at the Anna Institute of Management and Training, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since 31 December 2025. He is proficient in English and Tamil and continues to serve in the IAS.
