Dr. S G Kinkar, born on February 9, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics and a postgraduate degree in Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, District Collector, Member Secretary, and CEO. His most recent designation was OSD to Minister at Maharashtra. He was associated with the Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited during his service. Dr. Kinkar’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple key roles within the Maharashtra government.
