S. Dilli Rao, born on September 1, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Agriculture from Acharya NGR Agricultural University, Hyderabad. Currently serving as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of the AP Civil Supplies Corporation since October 9, 2025, Rao has previously held the position of Director. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh.
