S D Shinde, born on June 15, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Maharashtra cadre. A graduate by education, he has held several key positions during his career, including Joint Managing Director, Commissioner, Chief Officer, District Collector, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent role was as Municipal Commissioner at Amravati, Maharashtra. Throughout his service, Shinde contributed to various administrative functions within the state government before retiring from the IAS.
