S C Chowdhary, born on November 1, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. His most recent designation was Additional Magistrate, a position he held from June 1, 1989, to October 1, 1990. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
