S B Shashank, born on 14 February 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch of the AGMUT cadre. During his career, he held several key positions including Director, Chief Electoral Officer, and Special Commissioner. Most recently, he served as Secretary of the Public Grievances Committee (PGC) from 26 September 2022 to 28 February 2023. His service in the IAS reflects a diverse administrative experience across various roles within the government.
