S B Raval, born on 19 May 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch of the Gujarat cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, Director (Municipalities), Managing Director, and District Development Officer. His most recent position was Secretary in the Home Affairs and Justice Department at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from 5 May 2016 to 31 May 2018. Mr. Raval’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the Gujarat state government.
