S A Murugesan, an IAS officer of the 2005 batch belonging to the Uttarakhand cadre, was born on 01/06/1978. He holds an M.Sc. in Plant Botany from IARI New Delhi, B.Sc. in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Coimbatore, and another M.Sc. in Agriculture from IARI New Delhi. He served as Internal F A at Atomic Energy. Proficient in English and Hindi, Mr. Murugesan's dedication and expertise have been evident throughout his career in the civil services.
