Rupesh Kumar, born on September 7, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a degree in Information Technology Computer Networks from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and a Master of Arts in Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Jammu Development Authority, a position he has held since June 11, 2025. Previously, he has held the position of Director. Rupesh Kumar is actively serving in the Indian Administrative Service.
