Rupesh Kumar, a 2019-batch IAS officer of the AGMUT cadre, currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Jammu Development Authority. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, and has a background in Information Technology Computer Networks from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. With key experience as Vice Chairman in Jammu & Kashmir, Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role, contributing significantly to the development and governance of the region.
