Rukmani Riar, born on December 6, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Rajasthan cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Sociology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and an M.A. in Financial Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the Municipal Corporation department since January 5, 2024. Her previous role includes Assistant Collector. Riar is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. She continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within her cadre.
