Ruhee Dugg, born on October 3, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree in Medicine from BFU of Health Services. Currently, she serves as the Commissioner of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), Government of NCT of Delhi, a position she assumed on February 9, 2024.
