Ruchi Bindal, born on 20 October 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, assigned to the Karnataka cadre. She is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Haveri, Karnataka, in the Zilla Panchayat department since 21 February 2025. Prior to this, she held the position of Deputy Secretary to Government. Fluent in Hindi and Kannada, Ruchi Bindal continues to contribute to public administration within her cadre. She remains in active service.
