Rubal Prakher Agarwal, born on 21 August 1983, is a 2008 batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre. She holds a B.A. from MD Saraswati University, Ajmer, and an M.A. from IGNOU, Delhi. Currently, she serves as Managing Director at Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd since April 2024. Her previous roles include Additional Municipal Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, District Collector, Assistant Collector, and Commissioner. She has received several awards, including the Arun Bongirwar Public Service Excellence Award (2021), SAKAL SANMAAN (2022), and the Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award (2015-16). She is proficient in English and Hindi.
