Roshan Sunkaria, born on 28 February 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Punjab cadre. He holds postgraduate degrees in Public Administration and Development Management, as well as an M.B.B.S. in Medicine. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Secretary, Commissioner, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Secretary, Administrator, Joint Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Financial Commissioner in the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, commencing on 2 May 2017.
