Roshan Lal Kalsia, born on April 7, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he held multiple key positions including Secretary, Director, Chief Administrator, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Commissioner, and Additional Secretary. His most recent role was Secretary of the SC Welfare Department from June 28, 2006, to April 30, 2007.
