Roshan Kushwaha, born on September 3, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate of Samastipur, a position he has held since September 7, 2024. Roshan Kushwaha continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration and governance of his assigned region.
