Roshan Jacob, born on 25 September 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. in English and is proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Currently, she serves as Secretary & Commissioner at the Food Safety and Drug Administration, Government of Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 16 September 2025. Her previous roles include Joint Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Divisional Commissioner, and Special Secretary. Roshan Jacob continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
