Roopa Roshan Sahoo, an IAS officer of the 2006 batch from the Odisha cadre, was born on 18/01/1980. She holds a B.A. from Utkal University Bhubaneswar, an M.A., and an M.Phil. from JNU New Delhi. Fluent in English and Oriya, she has served as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Hon'ble Governor.
