Roopa Mishra, born on June 9, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch from the Odisha cadre. She holds a B.Com and an MBA in Business Administration from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Department of Urban Development, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, New Delhi (since August 24, 2021).
