Roohi Khan, born on May 4, 1972, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.A. and an LL.B. in Administrative Laws and Other Laws from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal. Currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department since March 10, 2025, Roohi has held multiple Deputy Secretary positions throughout her career. She continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the governance and administration of Madhya Pradesh.
