Romil Singh Donk, born on 27 September 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Technology from Delhi Technological University. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner and CEO at Leh under the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC). Previously, he held the position of Sub Divisional Magistrate in Zanskar. Romil Singh Donk continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
