Rohit Kumar Singh, born on 16 March 1964, is a retired IAS officer from the 1989 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma in German, and an M.Sc in Computer Technology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Chairman and Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. Currently, he is the Chair of the Global Value Chains Committee and Advisor to the Board of Directors at the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) since 10 February 2026. He is proficient in Hindi.
