Rohit Kardam, born on April 9, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree. Currently, he is the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) at Naugachia, Bhagalpur, Bihar, a position he has held since January 12, 2026. Prior to this role, he served as Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and Assistant Collector. Rohit Kardam continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
