Ritvik Ranjanam Pandey, born on July 2, 1976, is a 1998 batch IAS officer of the Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and M.Tech. and is currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Revenue Department of the Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, since January 13, 2023.
