Rituraj Pratap Singh, born on 14 July 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, allocated to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation, Bihar, a position he has held since 12 January 2026. Mr. Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
