Rituraj Pratap Singh, born on 14 July 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Muzaffarpur Municipal Corporation, Bihar, a position he has held since 12 January 2026. Prior to this, he worked as a Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM). He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
