Rituraj, born on 23 February 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Development Commissioner (DDC) at Koderma, Jharkhand, a position he has held since 16 December 2022. Rituraj continues to contribute to the administration and development initiatives within his cadre.
