Ritu Sain, born on 22 July 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, assigned to the Chhattisgarh cadre. She holds degrees in LL.B., B.A. Political Science, and M.A. Politics. Currently, she serves as the OSD-cum-Investment Commissioner at the Chhattisgarh Industrial Development Corporation in New Delhi, a position she assumed on 1 August 2024. Fluent in English and Hindi, Ritu Sain continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Chhattisgarh. She remains in active service within the IAS.
