Ritu Aggarwal, born on 14 July 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 Punjab cadre. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently serving as Secretary of the Co-operative Department since 13 March 2023, she has held various positions including Secretary to Government, Director, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Special Secretary, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Administration Officer, Controller, Additional Secretary to Government, and Deputy Director. Ms. Aggarwal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Punjab.
