Rita Singh, born on October 20, 1969, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in English, an LL.B. in Law, and a postgraduate degree in Mathematics. During her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Magistrate, Joint Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Development Officer. Her most recent position was Under Secretary, held from April 22, 2003, to May 31, 2007.
