Rishirendra Kumar, born on April 11, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and M.A. in Geography from Magadh University, Bodh-Gaya, and an M.A. in Public Policy from IGNOU, New Delhi. Currently serving as Minister of State for Finance, he has held various positions including Private Secretary at New Delhi, Special Secretary, Collector and District Magistrate, Chief Development Officer, Joint Magistrate, Assistant Collector, and IAS Probationer. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
