Rishi Raj, born on 23 February 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from ISM Dhanbad. Currently, he is the Municipal Commissioner at Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. He is also associated with the Prayagraj Development Authority. Prior to his current role, he served as a Municipal Commissioner. Rishi Raj continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
