Rishi Garg, born on November 13, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of M.P. Central Zone Electricity Distribution Co. since January 18, 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Secretary, Director, Member Secretary, and Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
