Rishav Mandal, born on 26 June 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2019 batch, allocated to the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lucknow University. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Kota Development Authority, a position he assumed on 31 January 2025. Mr. Mandal continues to contribute to public administration within the state of Rajasthan.
