Rishav Gupta, born on December 10, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Collector at Khandwa, a position he assumed on January 30, 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a Section Officer. Fluent in English and Hindi, Rishav Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
