Richie Pandey, born on 14 February 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Sitamarhi, a position he has held since 6 March 2024. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Secretary. Richie Pandey continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
