Richa Verma, an IAS officer of the 2012 batch from the Himachal Pradesh cadre, was born on October 9, 1986. She holds a B.D.S. in Dentistry from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, and a B.D.S. Surgery from MD University. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director of HP State Handicraft since May 8, 2025. Her previous roles include Managing Director, Director, Deputy Commissioner, Deputy Resident Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, SDO/SDM, Assistant Commissioner & BDO, and Assistant Commissioner.
