Richa Bagla, born on April 4, 1976, is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Maharashtra cadre. She holds an M.Sc. from Delhi University and a Ph.D. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. Currently, she serves as the Principal Secretary (Accounts & Treasury) in the Finance Department since January 8, 2025. Her previous roles include MD & CEO, Director, CEO & Member Secretary, District Collector, Additional Divisional Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, CEO, Assistant Collector, and Joint Secretary. She is proficient in English, German, and Hindi. Richa Bagla continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
