Renuka Kumar, born on 26 June 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1987 Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology and a graduate degree in English Literature. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Chief Development Officer, General Manager, Joint Secretary, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Commissioner, Director, and Secretary. Her most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Minority Affairs from 1 July 2021 to 28 July 2022. Renuka Kumar's extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh cadre.
