Renuka Chidambaram, born on July 4, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 Karnataka cadre. She served as Principal Secretary in the Public Enterprises Department from July 12, 2017. Her extensive career includes roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Senior Political Affairs Officer, Secretary Director Equivalent, Director, Registrar, Additional Resident Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Commissioner, and various other administrative positions. She holds a B.A. (Honours) in History, along with diplomas in French and German. Throughout her service, she contributed to multiple departments and held significant leadership and administrative responsibilities.
