Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Member, Deputy Chief of Mission, Commissioner & Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director, Secretary to Chief Minister, Additional Secretary, Commissioner, Secretary, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Principal Secretary, and Chairman & Managing Director. Her most recent position was Chief Secretary to the Government of Mizoram, from November 2, 2021, to October 31, 2024.
