Rehan Khatri, born on 28 June 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Chemical Engineering from Delhi IIT. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner at Sambalpur Municipal Corporation, Odisha, a position he has held since 22 July 2025. Prior to this, he was appointed as Officer on Special Duty. Rehan Khatri continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
