Reena Joshi, born on February 3, 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She holds a graduate degree from C.S.J.M University Kanpur and an M.A. in History from Bundelkhand University Jhansi. Currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Personnel and Vigilance Department since September 9, 2024, she has previously held positions including Officer on Special Duty and Assistant Secretary. Fluent in Hindi, Reena Joshi continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within her cadre.
